UAE arrival is a separate authority: MOCCAE import permit valid 90 days from issuance, cargo-default clearance at DXB or DWC, AUH only on a confirmed Etihad product (Etihad is not even in this country seed — do not invent it). When a titer is required, draw blood within 90 days before travel and obtain ≥0.5 IU/ml; confirm exemption on the portal. Specialty versus Saudi inbound: you are not choosing among RUH, JED, DMM and MED.
